We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the jewelry item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must also be provided.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange your jewelry item for a different one, please contact us to arrange the exchange. The exchanged item must also be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Customized or personalized jewelry items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
